From the Esselstyn Foundation: Our next President will not be a model of health.

Reading this makes me wonder about the decisions an American President must make when on duty which is all the time. Think about how you feel when you have a variety of different meals. A meal of a big multi-vegetable salad, a meal of broccoli and potatoes, a meal with steak accompanied by slices of bread, a meal ending with a bowl of ice cream, cake or pie. Do you garnish your dinner with sauces, butter, cheeses, etc. Now how do you feel?
