Invitation to health…


It has been a very long time since I have posted a blog here. So here is something I thought most important for all of us. It is the Food Revolution Summit for 2026. Any topic you have in mind, you’ll find it here in the 2026 Summit.

I have been following this website and summits for years since 2018. It keeps me on my toes for good health. Now I’m inviting you to join me at the 2026 FoodRevolution Summit. This is the first day. I have already listened to discussions on “Peak Brain Performance: Memory, Focus & Alzheimer’s Prevention.” This is so important to me since my mother succumbed to dementia for the last 16 years of her life. I used to leave in tears after visiting her because she didn’t really know me. Since all that they discuss is beneficial for so many health conditions, I want to learn more. I’d like you to join me. Would you so we can talk about it and learn from each other?

The material is presented by physicians, researchers, nutritionists, PhDs and many others who have based their knowledge on scientific research.

A very Happy Earth Day. This may be a very good time to take care of our own bodies starting on Earth Day.

So valuable for health…

At least it is to me for reasons of health and pleasant survival. I love education on topics about health that I haven’t heard from local doctors. Since I am 81 soon to be 82 in September, I have been educating myself ever since I watched the movie “Forks Over Knives” in 2011. It has taken me down many paths while I enjoy the visits to the local Farmers’ Markets here in and around Morro Bay, California. I’ve explored new foods that I’d never eaten before such as collards, kale, arugula, citron, Melogold grapefruit, Cara Cara oranges, pomelos, purple sweet potatoes, Hana yams, Olallieberries, etc. I’ve always loved the stone fruits, strawberries, Brussels Sprouts, red peppers, carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, cherries and grapes, etc. I’ve learned these are the foods that support our health when cooked very simply.

2024 Food Revolution Summit is running now. I should have let you know before it started because each episode can be watched for free for 24 hours.

The first episode which started last Wednesday I found so interesting, I’ve watched it a second time already!
